A new, global paper manufacturer was formed through the acquisition of multiple sites and assets by a private equity firm. The M&A transaction required that the company build out an entirely new IT infrastructure including cloud, WAN, LAN, server, application, ERP, etc. within 12 months of closing. However, the manufacturer had no IT organization, let alone staff, to manage a greenfield design and build-out of a global IT infrastructure.
