Partners Step into Executive Roles to Drive More Growth
Chicago, IL — April 15, 2020 — Impelix, a next-gen cyber security integrator, today announced the appointment of Brian Fernald to the position of Chief Operations Officer and Thomas Whang to the position of Chief Technology Officer, both effective immediately.
The newly created executive roles are part of the company’s reorganized Leadership Team, now consisting of Operations, Technology, Sales, and Marketing.

As COO, Brian Fernald will focus on aligning day-to-day operations with the key objectives of the company and its clients, driving new efficiencies that will lower costs and continually improving the quality of its professional and managed service offerings.
In the role of CTO, Thomas Whang will shape the company’s vision of being a forward-thinking integrator delivering its reimagined perimeter and evolved security operations, while growing its portfolio of top-tier products and increasing research and development.

Nevin Greenberg steps into the new role of Vice President of Managed Services, leading the network and security operations team, as part of the Operations organization.
